Returns, refunds and Exchange policy

It is important to us that you feel satisfied with your purchases. If you're not completely happy with your Attires purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange it for another item, as long as the items are returned within 15 days of the order date, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, in their original packaging (where possible), with all tags and accessories included. Refunds are at the discretion of Attires, and we reserve the right to decline requests that don’t meet these conditions. Please note that returns on sale items are not accepted unless the items are faulty or not as ordered. Sale items are considered final sale, so please choose carefully.

The following conditions must be met for your product to be eligible for an exchange or refund:

  • The item is unused, unworn and in brand new condition with packaging intact and the original labels attached.
  • A copy of a valid receipt is included with the return.
  • The item is returned within 15 days of being received by you.
  • Subject to stock availability, we will exchange items that are returned to us within seven days of being received by you. Please advise us ASAP upon receipt of your purchase if you wish to exchange. In the case of an exchange, please note that return postage costs incurred are payable by you; however, we will cover the postage cost of the new item as per delivery terms and conditions.

 Damaged / faulty goods

We carefully inspect every order before packing to ensure that your purchases are in perfect condition. In the rare occurrence that you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us via team@ellora.co.nz within 15 days of receiving the item with your order number, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

If the item is deemed faulty, we will offer a replacement (if we have a replacement in stock) or a refund once we have received the returned item.

We cannot process a return for a faulty garment if we do not get the opportunity to view and inspect the fault.

Attires is not liable for the loss of items being returned. We recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number before sending.

Returns & exchanges received outside the above time frames will not be accepted for all returns, except where the item is faulty.

How to send the return goods

Re-package the garment in its original form (means we would like to see the tags) and include the purchase documents (invoice).

Do write your name and postal address at the back of the returned package. It is a good idea to send the returned goods through the tracked shipping method as we don't accept any responsibility for returned or refund packages

It's our preference to process your returns too as fast as possible, however please allow us up to 15 days once we receive the returned package and so we can work on how the returned package can be addressed. It can refund of funds or alternate product as per your wish, please keep an eye on communication mode, we will send you an update.
