Shipping policy

General Shipping Information

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 business days, with most morning orders shipped the same day. However, please be aware that delivery times may be longer during sales or peak periods. Once your order leaves our warehouse, the estimated delivery timeframe is as follows:

New Zealand orders : 1-4 business days.

We partner with tracked courier services to ensure secure delivery of your order. These couriers use a scanning system to monitor shipments and may require a signature upon arrival. This allows you to verify delivery details and follow up with the courier company if needed, as proof of receipt and delivery status can be provided. A record of the recipient’s signature will be available, along with details of the courier responsible. If you prefer a non-signature delivery or have special instructions, you’ll need to arrange this directly with the courier. Use the tracking link in your dispatch confirmation to get in touch with them.

Once your items have been shipped, they become your property and responsibility. If a product arrives damaged or is misplaced, it is your responsibility to liaise with New Zealand Post or the shipping agent responsible.

No refunds or replacements will be given for products missing or damaged in transit. However, we will provide you with all the necessary information to make your claim.

Delivery address

We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes outside of New Zealand or Australia. Since a signature is required upon delivery, we recommend providing an address where you will be available during the day, such as your workplace.

Please be aware that for large or multi-story buildings, couriers typically deliver only to the foyer. Once the package has been delivered, its security becomes your responsibility. If the courier is unable to leave the package at your specified address, they may leave a card with instructions for collection. Additionally, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times, and couriers do not make pre-delivery phone calls.

If you'd like to have your purchases sent to different addresses, you will need to place each order individually, as we can only ship to one address per order.

Tracking

You will receive an email with your tracking number, allowing you to monitor your package’s progress through the courier company.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free for orders over NZD 149 (within New Zealand). A standard shipping fee of NZD 12 applies to orders under NZD 150. Please note that shipping costs may vary based on region, courier rates, postal fees, and rural delivery charges.

Checking Your Order Upon Delivery

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it right away to confirm that you’ve received the correct items and that there is no damage from transit.

If the packaging is damaged and has affected your purchase, note this on the packing slip and request the courier driver’s signature as confirmation. Then, contact us to report the issue.

If the outer packaging appears intact but the items inside are damaged or faulty, please reach out to us so we can assist you.
